Nestled in the hillside of Vitet, one of the highest locations of Saint Barthélemy, Alta Vista will offer you a wonderful ocean view - from Saint Maarten island to the turquoise lagoon of Grand Cul de Sac.
Facing the sea and against the mountain, this charming villa is very private. You will find a simple but nice decor in the different bungalows.
The open living room will let you enjoy all the different views it offers : the terrace, the garden, Vitet and the sea.
In the tropical garden or patio, you will certainly meet a coconut tree swaying on the trade wind's rhythm.
A housekeeper will come everyday (except on Sundays and public holidays) to clean.
Alta Vista is available as a one bedroom and one bathroom villa or as a two bedroom and two bathroom villa.

POOL
The swimming pool (22.97 x 9.19 ft.) overlooks the ocean. Some deckchairs will be at your disposal.
BEDROOMS
Alta Vista is a two bedrooms and two bathroom villa. The master bedroom is facing the Ocean and Vitet. It has a king size bed (6.23 x 6.56 ft.), the air conditioning, a mosquito net, a safe, and a bathroom with shower and hair dryer.
The second bedroom is in a private bungalow viewing the sea and the garden. It has a queen size bed (5.25 x 5.91 ft.), the air conditioning and a bathroom with shower.
LIVING ROOM/DINING ROOM
The living room opens onto the terrace (facing the sea and the swimming pool) and the patio. You will find a ceiling fan, a television with the French satellite (Canal Sat) including US channels, a DVD and CD player, and a high speed internet access with wireless.
Enjoy the shade of the covered terrace, just the time to have a barbecue before going to the beach or having a nap.
KITCHEN
The kitchen is fully-equipped for 6 people. You will find all the necessary to cook – Gas stove, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, oven, microwaves, toaster, coffee machine, charcoal barbecue, and an iron with its ironing board.
