Timber Ridge is the place to stay if you are looking for a room with a view. Although it is just 1.5 miles from the Village, Timber Ridge has that secluded feeling of a mountain cabin. Each and Every condo has simply amazing panoramic views of either the valley or the ski area. No other property in Mammoth can boast such incredible views from all of the units. At least half of the Rental Condos have a 30' glass wall along the kitchen/living area. All units have full kitchens, real garages, and barbeques on the deck.

Timber Ridge #11 is a lodge decor two bedroom, two bathroom unit. The master's bedroom features a king size bed and a twin over twin bunked and twin over double bunk bed in the second bedroom that can accommodate up to seven guests. This unit shows an amazing 180 degrees view of the Owens Valley and also is a ski-in/ski-out property having only 150 yards from ski trail.

The upper level of this unit has a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, a television and a DVD player, a fireplace, a half bathroom and a complimentary internet access. The lower level has two bedrooms, two full bathrooms and second balcony. This property does not allow pets and all units are non-smoking. Other amenities include year round central spa, laundry and a pool during summer.
