One of our nicest luxury vacation rentals, Boulder Ridge Haus is a carefully remodeled four bedroom private home located near the base of Peak 8 in Breckenridge. Nestled amongst aspen and lodgepole, nice views of Peak 8 and the TenMile Range are present from many rooms.
There are also two bedrooms on the main level, the guest master (second) and the third bedroom. The guest master offers a vaulted interior, king bed, en suite bathroom, wooded views and French doors leading out to the back deck area. There is a partial view of Peak 8 from the guest master as well. The third bedroom is just across the hallway and is a cozy space decorated in a French country motif, complete with reclaimed barn wood siding, antique light fixtures, and a nice wooded feel looking out through some aspens. There is a full bathroom accessible from this bedroom.
The master suite is on the upstairs level. This spacious vaulted bedroom features large picture windows offering a nice view of the lodgepole pines, and a partial view of Peak 8 to the west. A wonderful king bed and chaise lounge chair complement this space. A large en-suite bathroom has his and hers double vanities, in addition to a full combination tub/shower. A large armoire with flat screen television rounds out the amenities here. Adjacent to the master bathroom is an alcove which has a twin trundle bed. This is a perfect room for the little ones or a single adult.
Walking downstairs from the main level is the lower, or ground level, of the Boulder Ridge Haus. This level is accessible straight from the two-car garage, and offers a nice array of cubicles and a place to take off your jackets, boots and ski/snowboard gear. The fourth bedroom is also on this level. There are two sets of bunk beds which together can accommodate four people. Next to this is the family room, which is a great sitting area and has a gas fireplace, sofa sleeper and flatscreen television.
