Copper Mountain Resort is located approximately 80 miles west from downtown Denver, Colorado on Interstate 70. The base elevation is 9700 feet. The resort is approximately 1.4 miles from the east village entrance to the west village at Union Creek. Copper Mountain provides free shuttle service throughout the Village.

The West Lake complex features a communal indoor hot tub, fitness room, sauna, communal laundry facilities, and indoor, heated parking.

West Lake Lodge #485 features a full kitchen and dining area. The living room has a flat screen TV, DVD player, iPod port, a gas fireplace, and a queen sofa sleeper. The living room also features a charming enclosed sun room with stunning views.  The master bedroom includes a queen bed with an adorable, petite outdoor balcony with delightful creekside, lakeside and mountain views.
