All of this condominiums are individually owned and decorated and provide clean accommodations each with their own personal touch. Each unit has a gas fireplace in the living room, fully equipped kitchen, dining seating, cable TV and high speed wireless internet. Enjoy a private balcony with a gas BBQ grill and outdoor seating furniture. All of their condos also provide guests with a bathroom for every bedroom.

Deluxe condominiums have completed renovations to their kitchens, bathrooms and updated most of their furnishings and finishes. They have accomplished significant renovations and have made upgrades to make this condominium very comfortable and clean. It is the most prominent condo type and offers guests updated accommodations, while not having to pay higher rates for the premier.

The three bedroom, three bathroom condos have three separate bedrooms and three bathrooms. There will typically be a king or a queen in the first two bedrooms with the bedding in the third bedroom varying. They are recommended for three singles, three couples, or a family of four to six. Pricing is based on six guests and the maximum occupancy is limited to eight people.
