Beaver Village Condominiums are located in the town of Winter Park and are just 1.5 miles from the Winter Park Resort. During the winter season, the free town shuttle stops at the complex every 30 minutes and takes you directly to the ski area. After a day of skiing or riding, the shuttle will take you directly back to your condominium. To get to town, it is an easy and short walk, drive, or free shuttle ride to experience Winter Park's dining, shopping and nightlife.

This first floor, 2 bedroom, 2 bath condominium can accommodate up to 6 guests with a king bed in the master bedroom, 2 twins in the second bedroom and a double sized sofa-sleeper in the living area. It is located in building 6.

The centrally located Clubhouse is easily accessible to all the condominiums where you will find our front desk, heated indoor pool, hot tubs, sauna, guest laundry and meeting facilities. High speed complimentary wireless internet services have been installed in buildings 5-20 as well as at the Clubhouse for your convenience.
