This is a nice three bedroom three bathroom condo located in Old Town Winter Park which is 1/4 mile from the base of Winter Park Resort. The location allows you to be close to the ski area, without paying ski-in/ski-out pricing!
This unit sleeps up to 10 people with a queen bed in the master, and one queen and one double bed in the second bedroom and yet another queen in the third bedroom. There is a queen sofa sleeper in the living room. This spacious condo has a full kitchen, with slightly older appliances, and a washer and dryer in the condo. The picture windows from the main living area and the unit's small deck off of the living room allow for great views of the ski area and river. There is a gas fireplace in the living room. This condo also has one TV in the living room, with one DVD player and a VCR, a second TV in the master bedroom, and a third TV in the second bedroom. There is a parking lot right out the front door for your convenience. This Trademark property is just a short walk from the shuttle route in the winter season, and close to the start of the Fraser River Trail for walking and biking any season.
