Crystal Villas Condominium is located just east of Destin and is very convenient to shopping malls, golf, deep-sea fishing, restaurants, and fun for the entire family.

This 1 bedroom / 1 bathroom unit features a fully equipped kitchen, living and dining space, TV's, DVD player, CD stereo system, washer and dryer, internet access, and a private patio .  Bedding consists of 1 king, 2 bunks and a queen sofa bed.

Other amenities include a pool, inclusive beach service, and inclusive DVD rentals.

The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during the spring break vacation period. Chaperoned groups are prohibited unless prior approval is given by ResortQuest. All violators will be evicted with all rental payments being forfeited and additional charges will be applied. Reservations made under false pretenses are null and void and check-in will not be allowed. This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check-in, and/or who leave overnight during the length of stay. No exceptions.
