Located off Highway 27, 8 miles South of Interstate 4, the villas are just a 25 min drive from Walt Disney World, and a 30 min drive from Sea World. Directly outside of the gated entrance to this golfing community there is a 24 hour Wal-Mart store, bank and fast food outlets. The villas  are located on the 18 hole PGA championship golf course of Southern Dunes, ranked in the top 100 courses in the USA, and in the top 6 inFlorida.

Five bedroom standard and superior homes, all have fully equipped kitchens with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. Other amenities include a washing machine, a tumble dryer, linens, towels, a direct dial telephone, cable TV, a radio and central air conditioning and heating. The master bedroom has a double bed with an adjoining bathroom (bathtub/shower), whilst additional bedrooms have either a double bed or 2 twin beds with at least 1 shared bathroom. The living area also has a double sleeper sofa.  Please note that as all homes are individually owned, bedding type (i.e. Double bed, twins etc) cannot be guaranteed. Pool heating, cribs and highchairs can be prepaid in advance of arrival.
