The living room has a 37" flat screen TV with a DVD player, tile floor, and a queen-sofa sleeper. The master bedroom offers a king bed, 20" TV, a DVD player, and tile floor and carpet. The guest bedroom has a queen bed, a twin bed, a 20" TV with DVD & VHS player, and carpeted floor. Guests will enjoy views from the private balcony.
The Beach House is a great place for a family getaway with amenities such as lighted tennis courts, a shuffle board court, a video game room, out door grills, a convenient guest laundry on every floor, and a large clubhouse with a full kitchen and nice bar area. The large pool deck is situated on the Gulf side offering lots of sun and fun. The pool seasonally heated for all to enjoy and the kiddie pool is great for the little ones. The property also has a private boardwalk with a gazebo down to beach with access to 650 feet of beach front. The Beach House is very close to recreation, dining, golf, and beach activities. With Silver Sands Outlet Center just a mile away, you are sure to enjoy the name brand shopping as well as the numerous local dining favorites close by. The conveniences of a grocery store, a pharmacy, and fast food restaurants are also less than a mile away.
The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during the spring break vacation period. Chaperoned groups are prohibited unless prior approval is given by ResortQuest. All violators will be evicted with all rental payments being forfeited and additional charges will be applied. Reservations made under false pretenses are null and void and check-in will not be allowed. This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check-in, and/or who leave overnight during the length of stay. No exceptions.
