The community of Legacy Park has been set up as a cluster of smaller subdivisions: The Retreat, The Estates and High Gate. High Gate Park is the only community that is gated. Each subdivision has different homes and floor plans as the builder and contractors differ. Legacy Park is situated off Highway 27 in Davenport and close to Interstate 4. These resort type homes are in a superb location, with 15 - 20 minutes to Disney and close to major designer outlet malls, restaurants, first class golf courses and much more, not to mention an hour drive to the gorgeous white sand beaches. The nearest supermarket is located on Highway 27 just a 3 minute drive away, There is a Walt-Mart store also on US.27 just 10 minutes North, and U.S. Highway 192 is located 2 miles north with all its shops and restaurants.

Four bedroom superior homes, in gated communities; all have fully equipped kitchens with fridge/freezer, cooker, microwave, dishwasher, toaster and coffee maker. Other amenities include a washing machine, a tumble dryer, linens, towels, a direct dial telephone, cable TV, a radio and central air conditioning and heating. The master bedroom will have a double bed with an adjoining bathroom (bathtub/shower), whilst additional bedrooms have either a double bed or 2 twin beds with at least 1 shared bathroom. The living area also has a double sleeper sofa.  Please note that as all homes are individually owned, therefore bedding type (i.e. Double bed, twins etc) cannot be guaranteed. Pool heating, cribs and highchairs can be prepaid in advance of arrival.
