This 2 bedroom / 3 bathroom unit has a king bed, queen bed, bunk bed and a queen sleeper sofa. It can sleep a maximum of 8 guests.

Resort features a fully stocked kitchen, granite countertops, flat top stove, microwave and dishwasher. Other resort highlights are the gulf front, state of the art fitness center, on-site restaurant, movie theater and game room.

The individual making the reservation must be 25 years of age or older and must occupy the rental property the entire term of the reservation. Singles under 25 years of age are prohibited unless accompanied by parent or legal guardian. Restrictions may apply regarding the number of people that may accompany a parent or legal guardian. Additional restrictions may apply during the spring break vacation period. Chaperoned groups are prohibited unless prior approval is given by ResortQuest. All violators will be evicted with all rental payments being forfeited and additional charges will be applied. Reservations made under false pretenses are null and void and check-in will not be allowed. This policy includes reservations made by parents who do not check-in, and/or who leave overnight during the length of stay. No exceptions.
