A beautiful house, situated in the historic area of San Miguel and just 4 1/2 blocks from the Jardin. The living room with fireplace, dining room and den with fireplace all open to each other, and are beautifully decorated with pale yellow washed walls, softly upholstered furniture and wonderful accessories.
There is a large, newly remodeled kitchen and a 1/2 bath on this same level. Walking outside from the den, you will find a patio and fountain surrounded with high stone walls which are covered in hanging bougainvillea. A wonderful place to have breakfast and that first cup of coffee of the day.
On the second floor, you will find a graceful covered archway which leads to 3 bedrooms. The lovely toile bedroom with its canopied queen bed and the darling blue room with its full size bed and delightfully hand painted mexican headboard. These bedrooms are connecting and share a bath with shower.
The master bedroom with its beautifully appointed king bed, fireplace and private bath is also located on this floor. It opens to a second floor terrace which has been richly planted and can be enjoyed in the evening with its outdoor lighting.
On the 3rd level, there is the master bedroom suite with large fireplace, luxurious king bed with antique wall hung headboard and its very large master bath, complete with its own fireplace. This suite can also open to the large 3rd floor covered terrace which has another gas fireplace. This wonderful terrace has ample seating in comfortably upholstered quipal furniture, a small table and chairs, perfect for dining or playing cards, a wet bar and incredible views of the countryside.
