Sugar Beach - 1BR Condo Ground Floor + Garden View
Sugar Beach is centrally located in Sugar Beach Resort rests on Maalaea Bay, on the state’s longest stretch of uninterrupted shore. Sugar Beach, named for its fine white sand, is a six-mile long beach excellent for swimming, snorkeling, windsurfing, kayaking, canoe paddling or for just relaxing. World-class golf, five-star restaurants, exclusive island shops and the famous Kihei Farmers Market are minutes away.
This one bedroom, one bathroom unit can accommodate up to four guests and consists of a king or queen-sized bed and a sofa sleeper (on request). The living room is equipped with a cable TV with DVD player, a VCR and complimentary Wi-Fi internet access for indoor entertainment. There is a private lanai with deck furniture to enjoy an overlooking view of the ocean while sipping Hawaii's best cocktails. Meals can be cooked in the fully-equipped kitchen plus appliances including a microwave, toaster, refrigerator and coffee maker. Additional amenities include a hair dryer, washer/dryer and central air-conditioning.
The Sugar Beach Resort will be undergoing the 2nd phase of a walkway and stairwell railing replacement to the “Plantation Building”. This exterior work is scheduled to begin Monday, 4-18-15 to Monday 6-20-15. The 1st phase (Mill Building) was completed in December 2014. The increment of work scheduled will begin on the 6th floor and continue down to the 2nd floor. The final 3 weeks of the schedule will be focused on 1st, 2nd & 3rd floor stairwells. (This schedule is subject to change)
The project will include removing only 1 section of railing at a time and replacing it with new railing. The work will include cutting of the posts, concrete boring holes for the railing posts to sit in then poured with fast drying mortar. Work areas affected in the walkways or stairwells will be secured by the contractor and notices will be posted with directions for pedestrian traffic. Only (1) stairwell will be shut down at a time leaving (2) stairwells and leaving both elevators open for use. There will be no railing left open. The hours of work will be Monday through Fridays from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m.
Extra Person Fees may apply. Smoking is strictly prohibited. A $350 will be assessed for signs of smoking in the property.
