Kamaole Sands is one of the most popular condominium resorts on Maui. Accommodations are spacious and comfortable, offering one, two and three-bedroom suites with fully-equipped kitchen and private lanais. Four complimentary tennis courts, large swimming pool, sun deck, two jet spas, and nine bbq areas are on property. Overlooking Kamaole Beach Park III, which has a children’s play area and park, the Kamaole Sands offers 15 acres of tropical gardens, complete with ponds, fountains, and waterfalls.

Other property amenities also include parking, travel/activity desk, children’s wading pool, complimentary fitness center on-site, soft drink machines, child care referrals, complimentary weekly Mai Tai pool party every Wednesday, 24-hour security, computer and printer stations in lobby and pool area and wireless internet access in lobby and pool area.

This one bedroom, two bathroom unit features amenities including ceiling fan, air conditioner, in-room safe (fee), full kitchen equipped with microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker and blender. Also has a shower/tub, hair dryer (on request), iron/ironing board (on request), washer/dryer, clock/radio, phone with data port, color cable television and VCR (video rentals with fee). Bedding consist of one queen and one sofa bed.
