The Kahana Reef complex features an oceanfront pool, BBQ area, communal laundry facilities, elevators, and complimentary parking. Shops and dining are within walking distance.

**Spalling Project- Concrete structural repairs to the ocean side of the building containing units ending in 01-08 will commence on April 26, 2011 for approximately 8-12 weeks. It has been determined that the swimming pool will remain open during the construction.

Construction noise and debris on property during this time may affect adjacent buildings.
