The lifts operate during the summer for hiking and biking and winter for skiing and snowboarding. There are shops and dining within a one block radius. The free area-wide shuttle stops at Apples Bar and Grill and Creekside Estates - both stops are about half a block away. The shuttle runs until midnight during peak seasons and offers transportation to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum, and to the resort areas of Sun Valley Village and Elkhorn Village.

This three bedroom, three bathroom town home features a great room, vaulted ceilings, a 32 inch TV, a DVD player, leather sofas, a leather loveseat, a private deck with full views of Bald mountain, a wood burning river rick fireplace, an open dining area that seats six guests, a fully equipped kitchen with a glass top electric range, a refrigerator, a microwave, a coffee maker, televisions in the bedrooms, a full size washer/dryer, wireless internet access and a one car garage which is available during the winter. Bedding includes three queens. All linens and towels are provided as well as soaps, shampoos and lotions. This home may accommodate six guests.
