This quiet villa overlooks Trail Creek and is about two blocks from downtown Ketchum and approximately three blocks from the River Run ski lifts access area. This complex offers peaceful escape but also has easy access to entertainment, dining and outdoor recreation. There is a free shuttle that picks up at the entrance to the complex that will transport guests to both ski lifts on Bald Mountain, downtown Ketchum as well as Sun Valley and Elkhorn resorts.

This two bedroom, two and a half bathroom unit features a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with new appliances, new cabinets, granite counter, a kitchen bar with barstools, a dining area that seats four, a spacious living room with a gas fireplace, a 40 inch flat screen TV, a DVD player, a private deck with a new BBQ grill and patio furnishings, a 19 inch flat screen TV in the master bedroom, a stackable washer/dryer and wireless internet access. Bedding includes a a queen and a full or double bed. All linens and towels are provided for guests as well as soaps, shampoos and lotions. This unit may accommodate four guests.
