These homes are a part of the Skiway Village located in the Warm Springs area of Ketchum. The area includes Sun Valley's Warm Springs Lodge as well as a variety of other shops and restaurants. The ski lifts at Warm Springs serve the north face of the mountain.

The unit has a king bed, 4 twin beds and a queen sofa sleeper. The house has 3 bedrooms each with its own private, full bathroom. The southern exposure has wonderful views of Baldy. It can sleep a maximum of 6 guests.
