This Sun Valley Vacation Home is located in a quiet, family friendly neighborhood in the Lane Ranch Community. Which is located only 5 minutes max, from downtown Ketchum and the River Run Ski Lifts and Hiking Trails. The Bike path runs right outside this neighborhood, so feel free to jump on nordic skis or on your bikes in the summer. There is also a neighborhood pool and hot tub at the Club house which is just 800 meters from your front door, near the entrance to Lane Ranch.

The first guest bedroom has a queen bed. The second room features 2 twin beds, and access to the backyard and porch. The master and master bath as well as third guest bedroom are located on the second level.
