Sand and Sea is the first and friendliest condominium resort hotel in Seaside, Oregon. We are a six-story complex, facing the ocean on Seaside Prom, an 8,000 foot-long concrete boardwalk which provides the perfect venue for unhurried strolls, people watching and spectacular ocean views. Sand and Sea has plenty of free parking, so many guests simply park their cars and walk a block to the shops, restaurants and amusements of Broadway, the historic main street in Seaside. Access to the flat, sandy public beach is just steps away.
Each one bedroom, one bath condo features floor-to-ceiling windows, a fully-equipped kitchen, gas fireplace and separate balcony. Each unit is privately owned and uniquely furnished, but all feature cable television, DVD player, high-speed Internet, daily maid service and ocean views. Unit bedding varies however the unit sleeps four. Sand and Sea features an indoor swimming pool and sauna. Check-in is at 4pm, check-out is at 11am. Minimum age at check-in is 21.
