Walk one block to the Town Lift and Main Street or hop on the free shuttle to get to Deer Valley Resort, The Canyons Resort, and just about anywhere else in Park City. Town Pointe is just minutes from world-class golf, hiking, mountain biking, cross-country skiing, water sports, and much more. The exterior elevations feature rustic post and beam architectural accents, consistent with Park City's historic charm. Though a car is not necessary for its location, Town Pointe does provide underground parking with elevator access to the units.

This three bedroom, three bathroom unit offers upscale furnishings and features a fully equipped kitchen, a coffee maker, a microwave, a refrigerator, a gas stove, an iron/ironing board, cooking utensils, glassware, a humidifier, an oven, a living room with gas fireplace, dining area, a covered deck with private hot tub, four televisions, a DVD player, a washer/dryer and wireless internet access. Bedding includes a king, a queen, a daybed with trundle, two twins and a queen sleeper sofa. This unit may accommodate ten guests.

Hot tubs are not included with rates during the summer season but are available for a setup fee. Minimum age to rent is 25.
