The Red Stag Lodge is conveniently located near the base of the Deer Valley Resort, an easy walk to the front door of the ski area. Just out front is a stop for the free city shuttle to gain access Main Street and the rest of Park City. The lodge is elegantly decorated with the warm feel of a European ski chateau. The lounge on the lobby level is quite cozy with comfortable seating for reading, relaxing and visiting with friends, and features a floor to ceiling stone fireplace. Available to guests is a game room with a pool table, located on the second level, and on the third level is another lounge area with fireplace, as well as an exercise facility with a treadmill, elliptical, and recumbent bike. The building has a five elevator serviced levels, and a private, common area garage.
This spacious condominium (just over 1400 square feet) features two master bedroom suites, and an open floor plan combining the living room, kitchen, and dining areas, with hardwood flooring, rustic wood paneled walls and trim, and granite tile counters. Windows line this great room providing natural lighting, and, from the two decks (one with a private hot tub), catch glimpses through the trees of the lifts and a few ski runs on the front of Deer Valley’s lower mountain, Bald Eagle.
The living room has a floor to ceiling stone fireplace, HDTV, CD, DVD, Bose iPod dock, a queen sofa sleeper and chairs. The Kitchen has a stainless steel appliances, granite tile counters, equipped for cooking meals, hardwood flooring. Seating for four at the dining table, as well as seating for three at the counter bar that separates the kitchen space from rest of the room. Private outdoor hot tub on main balcony. Laundry room is located on the forth floor of the building with a stacking washer and dryer unit. Space for one car in common parking garage(Clearance for vehicles is 6’ 9”). Elevator to the second floor and wireless Internet service provided, but the condominium does not have a telephone.
