Originally built in 1973 by the Gaylord family, the Cliff Lodge has since doubled in size and increased dramatically in amenities and services since it was purchased by Snowbird Owner Dick Bass. The Cliff Lodge offers 508 rooms of which 162 of them are condominiums in the "Cliff Club" which occupies the entire west wing of the Cliff Lodge. Offering four restaurants, two lounges, two swimming pools, four hot tubs, extensive meeting space and Snowbird's only skiout, skiin accessibility, the Cliff Lodge is the flagship of the four lodging properties at the resort.
With Ski-In,Ski-Out accessibility, amenities include an outdoor pool complex, tubing hill, ice skating rink, full service health spa (The Cliff Spa) and a children's center (Camp Snowbird). Skier services within The Cliff Lodge include dedicated lift ticket and ski school offices as well as ski rental, ski and accessories shop with a custom boot fitting station as well as oversized ski lockers with integral boot/glove dryers. The Cliff Lodge Game Room is located on Level A and consists of pool table, arcade games, and air hockey.
The Cliff Lodge dining options include the romantic Aerie Restaurant on the 10th floor with an attached lounge and Sushi Bar featuring live music twice a week during the winter. Also find the Keyhole Junction service exceptional Mexican food and the state's largest tequila selection in the Keyhole Cantina. The Atrium Restaurant sits at the base of the 11story glass wall offering breathtaking views of the mountain as well as a buffet lunch and breakfast offerings.
Canyon View Bedrooms – Sleep 4 Consist of two queen-size beds and a full bath. Includes a small refrigerator, hairdryer, iron/ironing board, humidifier, and coffee maker. Canyon view rooms overlook the third floor guest pool and Mt Superior. Mountain View rooms face slopeside. Mountain and Canyon View bedrooms are approximately 360 sq. ft.
