The Town Chairlift and Main Street in Park City’s Historic District are less than a mile up the road, with the free bus easily accessible. These townhomes provide an affordable option for lodging that is right in town and close to skiing, shopping and dining.
These townhomes are on three levels, and are approximately 1,400 square feet in size. The entry door on the second floor faces a shared deck area where the common hot tub is located. Each unit has an open living area with a gas fireplace, a washer/dryer, and a private garage.

Trip Cancellation Policy
CHANGES:
A $100.00 per person change fee will be assessed per change on any deposited reservation.
Client will pay for any actual penalties assessed or rate changes incurred by the lodging, airline or other vendors.
CANCELLATION-REFUND-NO SHOW:
Cancellations received more than 30 days prior to arrival will be assessed $100.00 per person plus any fees and/or penalties assessed by the Lodging establishment and other vendors.
If notice of cancellation is received 30 days or less prior to arrival, package is non-refundable. There is no refund for late arrival or early departure.

If purchasing airline tickets through us, they will be non-refundable once ticketed as mandated by the airlines.
